How many cleaners will be in my home?
2-3, depending on the size of your home.
Can you work while I'm not at home?
Yes, however we will need to meet with you 24-48 hours BEFORE your appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We have all our own supplies, but if you have an allergy or prefer yours, we are more than happy to use what you provide us. (Please see our laundry terms.)

When and how do I make a payment?
There are several options available to you:
If you are paying with CASH and you WILL BE HOME the day of your appointment, we will collect payment from you before we start cleaning, and you will be required to read over your invoice and sign it, along with a waiver form that protects you and the company incase of any incidents.
If you are paying with CASH and you WILL NOT BE HOME the day of your appointment, you must either a.) meet with us before your appointment which we will collect payment/waiver/invoice from you then. or b.) You will be emailed a copy of your invoice to look over along with the waiver form, both must be signed and left with the payment prior to our arrival. If payment is NOT there or any signatures are missing, we have the right to refuse your business.
If you are trying to pay with a credit/debit/paypal card, you will be emailed an invoice shortly after your appointment is confirmed. You just follow the emailed instructions and click "Pay Now". Payment MUST be received before your appointment or we have the right to refuse your business. However, if you plan on being home the day of the appointment and have internet access, you can pay for your appointment while we are there, but must be done before we begin cleaning. Along with the invoice, you will also have a waiver form (same waiver form for cash paying customers, see above.)
