Wipe and sanitize the toilet surface and toilet seat. Sweep/Mop and/or vacuum floors. Empty wastebaskets. Wipe the walls around the shower, and the top of the tub. Advanced: Everything included in the basic, PLUS: Cleaning the inside of cabinets, sanitize and scrub shower/tub including the shower head and faucet. Scrub the inside of toilet. Kitchen: Basic: dust/wipe/sanitize all surfaces and outside of appliances. dust/wipe/sanitize all cabinets (outside only), clean any light fixture or window, sweep/mop and or vacuum floors. Leave fresh water for pets. Advanced: Everything included in the basic, PLUS: Dishwashing*, wipe inside of microwave, wipe inside of cabinets, wash pet dish bowls. General Cleaning: This includes dusting/wiping/sanitizing all light fixtures, glass, mirrors, electronics, knick-knacks, windows, and surfaces. in every room (see price list for pricing) as well as vacuuming/mopping/sweeping and emptying wastebaskets. Car washing Terms & Conditions: Car washing are offered in summer months only. Cleaning supplies may be limited, so at any time we may request that you provide your own (with which we will inform you at the time of booking.) We only clean outside of cars, and we request for your protection and ours that you keep your car doors locked while we are cleaning it. |
Laundry Terms & Conditions: Max of TWO loads per visit. You must provide your own detergents. You must separate your two loads into piles (preferably in laundry baskets) When we finish your laundry we will fold the clothes and put them back into each basket (if no basket is provided, we will neatly fold and place on top of your washing machine/dryer or a near by table.) YOU are responsible for making sure your pockets are empty and you do not put a non machine washable item into the pile. |
Linens Terms & Conditions: We will change the linens in your bed rooms, however you must provide us with clean sheets (we request that you put the pile of new sheets in the same bedroom.) as well as put out fresh towels and rags in the bathrooms. If a hamper is not specified for us to put the old linens in, we will leave a bag with them, and store it in your laundry room, or a bathroom. We do not wash the dirty linens for you, unless you request that to be the laundry loads, which then we will charge you a linen fee and a laundry fee per load (2 loads max.) |
