Job Description: Customer Service Specialist.

A customer service specialist's main job, of course is cleaning homes. You must make yourself available a minimum of 2 days per week, and be available at least 4 hours each day (our business hours run from 7am-8pm Mon-Fri) you must be 18 years old, have a valid drivers license/car insurance and your own transportation. Aside from your duties as part of our cleaning staff, you will be back-up support for answering phone calls, and booking appointments. You also need to be able to answer any questions customers may ask you. 

Pay: As of right now, this is a commission only job. You get paid per job you do.

Hours: Depends on your availability and the amount of calls we get. Volunteer time is greatly appreciated, where you come into the office and help improve, brain storm, and go out and advertise. Food and Beverage is provided. This is strictly volunteer, which means you won't get paid, so this is optional and not required of any employee.

Training: You will go through training to learn how the company functions, and how we go about cleaning. Our customer service manager's main focus is taking customer calls and appointments, but you will be trained on how to do it, incase of an emergency or we need additional help.
